Yes. We give you a virtual Windows desktop, so every Windows application your firm runs works on it: tax and accounting software, your browsers, and the rest. Every server comes with complimentary Office 2021. You bring your own licenses for everything else. Log in from a Windows PC, a Mac, a tablet, or your phone, and keep using your printer, scanner, and two monitors the way you always have.
Plan on one to two weeks. We pull your data from your current provider, set up the server and your apps, and cut over on a weekend. Your team logs in Monday to the same files. We don’t charge for migration.
Yes. We give every new firm a 15-day free trial. It starts with a consultation call, where we show you how the server works and the setup process. If you want to move forward, our onboarding team migrates your apps and data. You then get 15 days of free service to check that everything runs the way it should. We use that time to tune the server to your team. Your trial server is a production server: if you go ahead with paid service, you keep it.
We back up your server four times a day to multiple locations and keep 60 days of backups (90 on Elite). A deleted file, a bad update, or a dead laptop: we restore from the last good copy. We include disaster recovery on every plan.
