"Past providers delivered some features, but none matched our service expectations."
— Hannah Stricker
Running a bookkeeping firm with 6 staff serving 16 clients across Michigan, Hannah needed a cloud provider that could handle complex permissions, 250 GB of data, and 25 applications. After cycling through nearly every hosting option on the market, she faced a frustrating pattern: each provider excelled in one area but fell short in others. Role-based access would work, but dual-monitor support lagged. Performance was acceptable, but getting help meant waiting days.
"Verito migrated our environment in a few days and provided 24/7/365 support."
— Hannah Stricker
The transition took just a few days, with Verito's team personally verifying that every application worked correctly before going live. What sets the experience apart is having engineers who actually know bookkeeping software answer the phone. When Hannah's staff or clients hit a snag, they get real help from people who understand QuickBooks workflows, not generic IT support reading from a script.
"The private cloud now handles our staff and client access needs without delays."
