"I'd get those messages at 5 AM in the morning that they couldn't log in."
— Akoré Chemello
Akoré Chemello needed to hire internationally, so she set up physical RDP workstations in a separate office room. The system was a disaster: constant downtime, unreliable connections, and 5 AM messages from staff unable to log in. During tax season, every minute of downtime cost hundreds of dollars. She'd submit IT tickets and wait while trying to troubleshoot networking issues herself, far beyond her skill set. Managing individual workstations with the right Lacerte setup, bookmarks, and network configuration consumed massive amounts of time and created constant frustration.
"Call Verito, leave me alone, and they actually solve the problem."
— Akoré Chemello
Verito eliminated workstation management entirely and delivered 99.9% uptime over three years. Instead of troubleshooting at 5 AM, Akoré now tells staff to "call Verito, leave me alone." They actually solve the problem. Support response averages under 10 minutes, adding employees takes a simple email instead of $500 IT setup fees, and the reliability enabled her to go fully remote and drop her office lease. What used to be her rent expense is now her Verito bill, at a fraction of the cost and zero management headaches.
"99.9% of the time, it just works."
