"Our prior host limited access and caused file corruption."
— Kurt Johnson
R-Biopharm serves 4,000 customers across North America with diagnostic testing products. Their accounting relies on QuickBooks Enterprise plus specialized add-ons that require careful configuration and testing. Their previous host made unannounced changes to the shared environment that broke integrations and corrupted files. When Kurt's team needed help, they hit a wall of support gatekeeping that slowed testing of critical updates.
"Verito provisioned a dedicated server with responsive support."
— Kurt Johnson
Having dedicated resources means R-Biopharm controls when changes happen. Updates are coordinated, tested, and implemented on their schedule. The transition brought all their QuickBooks components into a single environment with the performance their add-ons require. Support now responds directly and understands the technical context of their requests, eliminating the back-and-forth that used to delay simple fixes for days.
"We migrated in two days and consolidated QuickBooks and add-ons in one environment."
— Kurt Johnson, R-Biopharm Inc.
