Multi-office tax firm • Since 2013 • Remote collaboration

Hamilton Tax & Accounting
"We struggled to keep QuickBooks data synchronized across offices."
— Steven Hamilton
Running multiple office locations since 2013, Hamilton Tax & Accounting faced a classic multi-site problem: data lived on local machines, which meant staff could only work from the specific office where their files resided. Sending files back and forth created version conflicts. If someone needed a document that lived on another computer, they waited. The setup created friction that slowed down every collaborative task.
"Verito set up a cloud environment tailored to our tax stack in 24 hours."
— Steven Hamilton
Verito handled the entire migration process, configuring the environment to match Hamilton's specific tax software stack. Staff now log in from any location and work on the same files without version conflicts or file transfers. When COVID forced remote work, the team transitioned seamlessly because the infrastructure was already location-independent. The firm operates as one unified practice regardless of where team members sit.
"The team now accesses data from anywhere and collaborates without file juggling."
